About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Developer to lead the technical and strategic growth of our digital presence from our Coimbatore office.
This is a high-impact, hands-on position requiring deep expertise in technical SEO, advanced search optimization, and performance-driven paid advertising.
Your primary responsibility is to increase the volume and quality of qualified student inquiries through organic search and paid digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Technical Performance
Develop and execute comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve rankings for high-intent student queries.
Implement advanced technical improvements, including site speed optimization, Core Web Vitals compliance, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup (courses, institutions, etc.).
Conduct regular technical audits using tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Search Console.
Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content, meta tags, and landing pages that drive conversions.
Paid Advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
Plan, set up, and optimize ROI-driven campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
Strategize and execute targeted campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn for professional outreach.
Manage and optimize campaigns under an MCC structure for large-scale efficiency and budget control.
Conduct A/B testing for keywords, ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize results.
Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
Use GA4 and Google Tag Manager to track and monitor conversions, user behavior, and campaign performance.
Prepare detailed performance reports with insights, growth metrics, and actionable recommendations.
Continuously monitor campaign performance and adapt to algorithm updates, trends, and competitive insights.
Requirements
2–3 years of hands-on experience managing advanced SEO strategies and high-budget PPC campaigns (agency or in-house).
Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and GTM.
Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver measurable performance improvements.
